Hudson Cultural Council

WELCOME!

The Hudson Cultural Council (HCC) is part of the Mass Cultural Council (MCC) that funds thousands of cultural activities in all 351 cities and towns of the Commonwealth. The HCC, volunteers appointed by the Hudson Select Board, receives funds annually from the MCC and the town of Hudson. In turn, the HCC funds grant requests submitted for projects in the arts, humanities and interpretive sciences to benefit Hudson residents and surrounding communities.  The HCC begins preparing for the annual grant cycle several months before any applications are reviewed by gathering input from the community. Learning about what the Hudson community values and needs helps to shape the local guidelines and priorities, and ensures that the HCC has the information needed to make informed grant decisions.

Hudson Cultural Council Mission:

To support Hudson’s diverse heritage and enhance cultural opportunities by supporting activities that enrich the lives of Hudson residents of all ages.
